Sandy’s Story: Finding Serenity and Balance Through Faith-Based Coaching

When Sandy first reached out, she was longing for a complete mental and physical reset. A highly skilled and sought-after Certified Public Accountant (CPA), she loved her work deeply, but her difficulty saying “no” to constant requests, both paid and unpaid, left her exhausted and overextended.

Sandy was averaging less than five hours of sleep each night, her eating habits were inconsistent, and her blood pressure remained high despite medication and other efforts. She knew something deeper needed to change.

During our coaching sessions, we uncovered the root of her struggle: a deeply held belief that her worth was defined by how much she achieved and how much she could give to others. This mindset, though admirable in its intention to serve, was quietly depleting her health and peace. Together, we began the journey of restoring balance physically, mentally, and spiritually. Alongside lifestyle changes such as adopting a plant-based diet, staying well-hydrated, and adding regular exercise, we focused on renewing her mind through faith in God’s word. Sandy learned to see her value not through her professional accomplishments, but through her identity in Christ.

Through Scripture study, prayer, and practical mindset exercises, Sandy discovered the freedom that comes from knowing she was already fully loved and valued, not because of what she did, but because of who she was in God’s eyes.

We also worked on time and energy stewardship, identifying a simple process to help her discern which opportunities aligned with her purpose and capacity. This gave her confidence to say no without guilt, freeing her to say yes to what truly mattered.

Within six weeks, Sandy’s blood pressure returned to normal levels. She was sleeping 7–8 hours a night, feeling rested and joyful, and even began exploring new hobbies she’d once set aside. Within three months, her stress levels had dramatically decreased, and she was living with a renewed sense of peace and purpose.

As Sandy shared during our final session, “I finally feel like I’m living in balance with God, my work, and myself.”

Tabitha’s Story: From Fear and Anxiety to Freedom and Peace

When Tabitha was diagnosed with liver disease, fear quickly took hold. As a wife and mother of young children, she was terrified of what the future might hold, of not being able to care for her family or see her children grow up. The constant anxiety left her emotionally drained and physically unwell.

During our coaching sessions, we identified that her health challenges were closely connected to long-held patterns of negative thinking. Tabitha had been carrying deep resentment and bitterness from her childhood, which had continued into her marriage. Though she didn’t drink alcohol, she often turned to fried and processed foods to soothe her anxiety, creating a cycle she felt powerless to break.

We began our work by focusing on the healing power of forgiveness and the freedom of choice. Tabitha learned that her thoughts directly influenced her emotions and her physical state. As she began to “change the channel” of her mind replacing fearful thoughts with gratitude and truth; her energy levels and mood began to lift.

Through prayer, reflection, and practical exercises, she confronted past hurts, acknowledged the pain, and chose to forgive those who had caused it. We also established healthy boundaries to protect her peace moving forward. With forgiveness came freedom; her fear began to fade, and joy took its place.

At the same time, Tabitha worked on a gentle, six-month liver cleanse. Together, these body-and-mind approaches created powerful synergy. As she embraced whole-food, plant-based meals, daily movement, and time with God’s Word, her physical health began to improve steadily.

Over time, her lab results normalized, her anxiety subsided, and she found herself present and joyful with her family again. Even after receiving a report of full liver recovery, Tabitha remained committed to her new mindset and lifestyle, grateful to have found a peace she never wanted to lose

Rose’s Story: From Chronic Stress to Joyful Trust in God

When Rose was diagnosed with breast cancer, she chose to pursue a holistic treatment approach with her doctor, integrating natural treatments with lifestyle changes. She came to coaching wanting to understand what might have contributed to her illness, and how to prevent it from returning.

By the time we began working together, Rose had already made impressive physical changes: eating more raw and whole foods, drinking more water, exercising regularly, and practicing hydrotherapy. Yet she still felt uneasy, worried that all her efforts might not be enough.

Through our sessions, Rose discovered that her greatest obstacle wasn’t physical, it was emotional and spiritual. Despite her best intentions, she struggled to slow down, feeling that her worth and safety depended on constant effort. Deep down, she even feared that her cancer was a punishment for not being “good enough.”

As we explored Scripture together, Rose began to see God’s character more clearly; loving, merciful, and faithful. She learned that sickness is not God’s punishment, and that His healing grace is not earned through striving. This truth transformed her outlook.

Rose started replacing her anxious, perfectionistic thoughts with the promises of God’s Word, truths about His unconditional love, His power to heal, and His desire for her peace. As her trust deepened, her stress melted away. Her relationships softened too; no longer driven by guilt or control, Rose extended grace to herself and others.

Over the months that followed, Rose experienced remarkable improvements. Her doctors noted significant positive changes in her test results and tumor response. Yet the greatest transformation was inward, she was now living from a place of rest and joy, anchored in God’s love.

Today, Rose continues to celebrate God’s goodness, walking in freedom, faith, and gratitude.
