Meet your Coach
I’m Dr. Kyla-Gaye Chang, co-founder of Pursuing Eden Coaching.
After 13 years helping organizations navigate large-scale change, I stepped away to focus on something more personal, helping results-driven women navigate change within themselves.
Immediately after leaving management consulting, I coached individuals and groups in a residential wellness setting, working with individuals facing everything from burnout and anxiety to chronic illness.
What stood out wasn’t just their symptoms, it was what was underneath; chronic stress, emotional strain, and nervous systems stuck in survival mode. And for most, lasting progress didn’t begin until we addressed that. When we did, everything shifted. Energy returned, consistency improved, clarity came back.
You can’t sustainably change the body without addressing the mind that drives it.
Today, I work with results-driven women who are used to performing at a high level — but feel overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted beneath the surface.
Together, we focus on:
Regulating the nervous system
Rewiring thought patterns
Building sustainable rhythms for performance and wellbeing
So you can think clearly, feel grounded, and operate at your best, without burning out.
My work integrates:
Doctoral training in organizational psychology
13+ years in change strategy
Coaching grounded in mindset, physiology, and lifestyle
If this resonates…
Women: If you’re high-functioning but internally overwhelmed, you don’t need more pressure — you need a different approach to change.
Leaders: If you’re responsible for people performance, mental resilience is no longer optional — it’s foundational.
