These lifestyle practices include nature’s eight doctors of health—air, sunshine, temperance, rest, healthy food, exercise, water, and trust in God. These all work together to fortify the body and brain. What’s included:

  • Weekly, online, 60-minute group meetings

  • Online, self-paced tutorial videos

  • Support in crafting your Holistic Wellness Plan based on your mental health goals

  • Guidance in applying natural remedies such as deep breathing, bright light exposure, contrast water treatments, and nutritional supplements and herbs that can be used to heal depression and anxiety

  • Three (3) one-on-one coaching, for twenty (20) minutes each, during the 12-week program
